Richard C. King, Jr. (Executive Chairman)
Mr. King has held this position since the company’s founding in 2008. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Wachovia Securities, in the high net worth division in the Los Angeles, California office for over 6 years. Before his tenure at Wachovia Securities, Mr. King held similar positions with UBS PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley. In addition to his duties at CW Multimedia International, Inc., Mr. King is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Picasso Inc., symbol (PSO.P), a publicly traded Canadian Capital Pool Company (CPC), on the TSX Venture Exchange. Also, Mr. King is the managing Director of King Brothers capital, LLC, a privately-held investment group, with investments in the technology, media, and hospitality industries.
Mr. King is a graduate of the Eli Broad College of Business at The Michigan State University in East Lansing Michigan. He also attended The University of Mississippi, where he was a member of the varsity football team for 4 years. Mr. King now resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife, daughter and their two dogs, a Rottweiler and a Norfolk terrier. Jonathan S. Blue (Director)
Mr. Blue Joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Jonathan S. Blue is Chairman and Managing Director of Blue Equity, LLC. Blue Equity is a private equity firm with a diverse and innovative portfolio of lower middle market segment business enterprises in media, publishing, financial services, real estate, and sports & entertainment. Prior to forming Blue Equity in late 2004, Blue served as Managing Director of another private equity firm with a wide-ranging portfolio of businesses. Most of the active business enterprises developed and grown during Blue's tenure at that firm are now part of Blue Equity's diverse and innovative portfolio of business operations and investments.Â
From June 1998 until he became involved with private equity investments, Blue served as Vice President for Progress Rail Services Corporation, which was then a subsidiary of Progress Energy, Inc. (NYSE:PGN), and has subsequently sold to Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE:CAT). While employed by Progress Rail, Blue was responsible for the commercial and marketing aspects of its Mexican subsidiary, Progress Rail Services de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. During Blue's tenure, Progress Rail expanded its Mexican focus by creating a network of facilities and landing corresponding clients in Mexico that mirrored the company's U.S. operations. Specific areas of focus included freight car and locomotive leasing, the marketing of railcar repair services, and railcar parts transactions. Blue hired a marketing team and developed an infrastructure with Mexican employees that eventually reported directly to senior management in the U.S. Prior to working on the Mexican operations, Blue served in Atlanta, Georgia as a Vice President for Railcar, Ltd., a subsidiary of Progress Rail Services Corporation engaged in leasing freight cars and locomotives.
For six years prior to the June 1998 sale of the business of Louisville Scrap Material Co., Inc. and its affiliates to Progress Rail Services Corporation, Blue served as Senior Vice President, Rail Services for such companies. Responsible for worldwide business development of the companies' railroad and rail related services, Blue succeeded in establishing these companies, collectively, as industry leaders.
Blue began his post-college career as a Senior Associate for APM, Inc., a leading international management consulting firm, which concentrated in turnarounds, operations improvement, strategic planning and continuous quality initiatives.Â
Blue received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and is proficient in the Spanish language. Blue, a Louisville, Kentucky native, is a graduate of St. Francis High School and currently resides in Louisville with his wife and two children.
James Yelich (Director)
A graduate of the University of Montana , James fell into the music business helping a college roommate promote University sponsored concerts. That led to him promoting concerts on his own in the Pacific Northwest. In 1984, after a few years as a promoter he was hired as an agent for Baird and Associates in Missoula, MT. brokering big name talent.
In 1986 he joined the Jim Halsey Company who represented The Judds, Clint Black, The Oak Ridge Boys, Dwight Yoakam, Tammy Wynette and Waylon Jennings. After 3 years at Halsey Yelich signed an unknown artist at the time, by the name of Alan Jackson who became an instant success. He brought Jackson to  Triad Artists in 1990 which became the hottest agency in country music breaking Vince Gill, Brooks and Dunn, Mary Chapin Carpenter  among others. In 1992, Barry Coburn, Yelich and Jackson  founded Chief Talent which led to Jackson becoming a Superstar in Country Music. They would also sign Merle Haggard and are credited with resurrecting his career. In 1996, looking for more services than just touring Yelich merged Chief Talent into powerhouse CAA where the roster consisted of Jackson, Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood, LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride among others.
In the spring of 1999 James retired from the agency business to spend time with his ailing father who was given  a year to live. During this time, Yelich along with Pollstar Magazine invested in an entertainment software company by the name of eventbooking.com, which would become the cutting edge technology in building management calendar software.
In 2000 Yelich co-founded The Entertainment Management Program at The University of Montana Business School which is entering its ninth year. He continues to be a core instructor and  mentor to the many graduates of the program and consults and advises on keeping the program cutting edge and growing.
In the fall of 2000, Yelich returned to the music business to Head  the Nashville Office of Monterey Peninsula Artists until mid  2007. Monterey Peninsula Artists was bought by Paradigm in 2007 and Yelich left Paradigm in December of 2008. The Paradigm music division’s  roster included The Dave Matthews Band, Aerosmith, Uncle Kracker,  Phish, Coldplay, Kirk Franklin, Joey + Rory, Toby Keith, Shooter Jennings, Lyle Lovett as well as many others.
In September of 2007 Yelich co-founded celebritiescallyou.com which will launch in the spring of 2009.
